Job summary

Genetec Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Support Engineer in the United Kingdom to partner with enterprise clients, provide expert technical support, and deliver hands-on training on Genetec solutions. The role includes occasional travel across Europe to client sites.

You will collaborate with R&D, perform routine system assessments and health checks, and drive continuous improvement while building long-lasting relationships with customers across more than 15 countries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Professional fluency in English.
