Job summary

Genetec Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Support Engineer to partner with enterprise clients across the EMEA region. You will provide expert technical support and hands-on training, enabling customers to maximize Genetec security platforms.

You will collaborate with R&D and perform system health checks, audits, and optimization tasks. Some travel across Europe will be required, fostering trusted partnerships and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem solving and decision making capabilities.
• Excellent team player who thrives in collaborative environments and fosters open internal communication.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and hands-on training to help customers unlock Genetec platforms.
• Travel across Europe for on-site client missions and auditing.
