Job summary

Genetec Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Support Engineer to Partner with enterprise clients across Europe, delivering expert technical support and hands-on training for Genetec solutions.

You will collaborate with R&D, perform health checks, and drive continuous improvement while traveling across Europe to support on-site missions. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving, and fluent English, with additional languages as a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/telecom/electrical engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent teamwork and collaborative communication.
• Fluency in English; another language is a plus.
