Qualifications

• Strategic asset management experience in social housing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in data governance, compliance, and lifecycle planning.
• Degree and professional qualifications in relevant disciplines.
• Full UK driving licence or ability to travel independently.
• Passion for improving housing quality for older people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of our asset management strategy.
• Oversee stock condition data governance and reporting.
• Prepare forward investment plans and advise the Exec and Board.
• Drive decarbonisation planning and portfolio optimisation.
• Engage with residents to inform strategy and respond to concerns.
• Oversee property transactions and planning obligations.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of c.20, including c.4 direct reports.

Skills
