Job summary

AB Agri is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator on a fixed-term contract ending March 2027. The role is remote/hybrid with connections to Peterborough, UK and Toomebridge, NI, delivering accurate order handling and responsive customer service for GB & Ireland.

You will manage orders end-to-end, maintain ERP records, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, assist invoicing and customs, and support cross-border movements in a customer-centered role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing administrative role.
• Experience managing a varied customer base and delivering a high standard of service.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication and ability to build positive relationships.
• Customer-driven, solution-focused mindset aligned to AB Agri values.
• Experience using D365 or a similar ERP system.
• Understanding cross-border product movement (NI/ROI/GB) or customs processes (training provided).
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders end-to-end, managing delivery lead times.
• Providing flexible support to the GB & Ireland team.
• Maintaining records across ERP systems and shared folders.
• Building relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Assisting invoicing, price list updates and handling customer queries.
• Clearing down purchase orders and supporting supplier payments.
• Invoicing customers daily and processing credits per finance procedures.
• Supporting customs and supply chain activities for movement between UK, Ireland and EU.
