Job summary

AB Agri Ltd in the UK is seeking an Export Shipping Coordinator to own the full export process from order entry to shipment and paperwork completion. The role collaborates with planning, production, hauliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance, including Irish shipments.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to travel between sites with a full driving licence. Training on export compliance is provided.

• Attention to detail and understanding of export compliance and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Processing export orders and booking transport and veterinary appointments.
• Preparing shipping documents and customs paperwork.
• Working with hauliers, customs agents, and internal teams to keep everything on track.
• Handling health and veterinary certificates, particularly for Irish shipments.
• Keeping an eye on schedules and dealing with any issues that arise.
• Using Excel and other reporting tools to support the team.
• Communicating with customers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and answer questions.
• Supporting the export vet on scheduled days to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
