Job summary

Trident MicroNutri in Toomebridge, Northern Ireland, is seeking a proactive Customer Service Co-ordinator for a fixed-term contract until end of March 2027. You will handle end-to-end order processing, maintain records, and support cross-border activities between UK/ROI/EU.

The role requires customer-focused, detail-oriented individuals with experience in ERP (D365) and strong communication, willing to work onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or customer-facing administrative role.
• Experience managing a varied customer base and delivering a high standard of service.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-driven mindset aligned to AB Agri values; ERP experience preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems (D365) is desirable.
• Forklift operation experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Understanding of cross‑border product movement and customs processes (training provided).
• Willingness to learn new systems and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders end-to-end and manage delivery lead times.
• Provide flexible support to GB & Ireland team; assist in warehouse tasks.
• Maintain accurate records across ERP systems and shared folders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Invoicing customers daily and processing credits per finance procedures.
• Support supplier payments and month-end processes.
• Assist with customs and cross-border movement activities.
