Job summary

AB Agri is seeking a Warehouse Operative and Customer Service Support for their team in Toomebridge, Northern Ireland. The role focuses on stock movements across the UK and Ireland, quality control, and assisting customers with orders and queries.

You will join a collaborative team in a diverse role spanning warehousing, logistics and customer service, with development opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift Truck or Reach Truck experience with licence or willingness to obtain.
• Computer literacy with warehouse systems.
• Experience of stock control, batch traceability and inventory management.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and product inspections.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
• Proactive and flexible with ability to prioritise workloads.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound deliveries, check products and record batch information.
• Carry out stock control, rotation, traceability and inventory management.
• Prepare customer orders for dispatch and label pallets.
• Support quality control by reporting damaged goods and supplier issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Complete daily equipment and truck checks and escalate issues.
• Provide customer service support with order processing and queries.
• Assist with stock allocation, batch control, supplier invoices and quality reporting.
