Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Northern Ireland - Homebased (Occasional travel to our site is required).

Trident MicroNutri are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic and ambitious team based in Toomebridge. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering market-leading customer service to our GB & Ireland customer base, working closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent, customer‑centric experience across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing customer orders end-to-end, managing expectations around delivery lead times and availability
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across ERP systems and shared online folders
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including invoicing, updating price lists, and resolving customer queries
• Clearing down purchase orders and supporting monthly supplier payment processes
• Invoicing customers daily and processing credits in line with agreed finance procedures
• Supporting customs and supply chain activities, ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements and AB Agri’s AEO status (training provided)
• Providing flexible support to the wider GB & Ireland team, including audit preparation, ad hoc projects, and assisting the warehouse during peak periods when required
