This role is built for nurses and pharmacists who want:

  • To work on NHS Contracted Services within a Primary Care setting
  • Remote work without isolation
  • Weekly MDT with an GP Clinical Lead and other Clinical Experts.
  • A stable, salaried post not private-sector burnout
  • Youre paid for your expertise, not for the number of assessments you can cram in.

Realistic templates that respect your clinical brain

  • 60 to 90 min assessments
  • 30 min med initiation
  • 10 to 15 min titration reviews

Professional pride and protected thinking space

We encourage CPD, improvement work and evidence-based practice and your voice genuinely matters.
