£36000 – £42000 + van + benefits (overtime, emergency bonus). Join our large building services company looking to expand its water division.

Responsibilities

• Carry out remedial plumbing including PPM, reactive and upgrade installation.
• Install and maintain pipework, conduct deadleg removals and capping.
• Perform water hygiene sampling and testing.
• Maintain site logbooks and service TMV units.
• Work to a 40‑hour week with optional overtime.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in remedial plumbing within a commercial setting.
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing; additional G3 Unvented highly beneficial.
• Full driving licence; based in Essex, Kent or London area.
• Knowledge of water hygiene sampling/testing.
• Experience with pipework modifications, TMV servicing and site logbooks.
