A regional healthcare facility in Chesterfield is seeking a Receptionist for the Maternity & Gynaecology Care Unit. This role involves providing clerical support across various reception desks and ensuring excellent service to patients and visitors. Ideal candidates will have clerical experience and strong communication skills. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with 37.5 hours per week.
A exciting vacancy has arisen within the Maternity & Gynaecology Care Unit, Family Care Division for a Receptionist, working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 5pm. The Relief Receptionist provides cover across the Care Unit working on either Trinity Ward, Womens Health Unit, the Birth Centre or Antenatal Clinic reception desks.
The Receptionists provide a professional clerical and co-ordination service to the wards and outpatient departments, to ensure that patients and visitors receive a friendly, customer focused and efficient service.
Chesterfield Royal Hospital is located in Calow, Chesterfield, on a green field site on the edge of the Peak District National Park. It is home to the Crooked Spire and is close to Sheffield, Derby and Nottingham, offering recreational activities and lifestyles. The hospital was officially opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1985 and has continued to expand and modernise, currently holding approximately 550 beds. We provide acute in-patient and out-patient care for Chesterfield and the surrounding rural area of North Derbyshire, serving a population of approximately 350,000 people.
