A leading retirement community provider in Northwich seeks a Care Supervisor to support residents in living independently and managing a thriving community. You will oversee the Care and Support team, ensuring safety and coordinating activities while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a care environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. As a Care Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
