In this role, youll be critical for transforming the maintenance strategy across a high end residential and commercial contract. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the move from SFG20 planned maintenance to condition-based maintenance
• Optimise plant and asset performance to achieve energy and cost savings
• Drive and improve the asset management strategy across all sites
• Support and deliver ESG objectives within facilities and engineering operations
