My client, a top tier bank, is looking for a UK or German qualified regulatory lawyer to join their London legal team.

Qualifications

• UK or German qualified regulatory lawyer with a minimum of 3PQE in a top law firm or equivalent financial services institution

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality legal advice on German and EU financial regulatory issues, including compliance requirements, market conduct, market abuse and financial market infrastructure spanning a broad remit of regulation such as MAR, EMIR, MIFID, CSDR, SFTR and operational resilience/outsourcing, including leading on discrete regulatory projects to ensure that the bank’s policies and procedures are appropriate and effective.
