A leading water and wastewater company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regulatory Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting and provide technical advice. The role requires a fully qualified accountant with strong stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities include leading the Annual Performance Report, managing regulatory compliance, and improving reporting processes. The position offers a competitive salary of £70,000 to £75,000 per annum, along with excellent benefits and a hybrid working model.
We’re looking for a Regulatory Finance Manager to join our Group Financial Control team. This is a key subject-matter expert role, leading Thames Water’s regulatory financial reporting and providing trusted technical advice across the business.
As a Regulatory Finance Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in the delivery of our Annual Performance Report (APR), working closely with finance teams, the wider business, external auditors and Ofwat. You’ll also drive continuous improvement in regulatory reporting processes and controls, ensuring high-quality, compliant and timely reporting.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong reporting or audit background who enjoys working across complex organisations and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Base location: Hybrid - Clearwater Court, Reading
Working pattern: 36 Hours, Monday to Friday
