A community veterinary practice in High Wycombe is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their dedicated team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary up to £31,000, along with 6.6 weeks of annual leave and a strong commitment to employee wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have experience in general practice and a proactive attitude, contributing to both clinical and client-facing activities within a supportive environment.
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive and confident Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our close-knit team at Cherry Tree Veterinary Practice. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering high standards of care, values community connection and wants to feel fully utilised in their role.
You’ll play a key part in both clinical and client-facing areas of the practice. Whether you’re supporting surgical cases, monitoring anaesthetics or running your own nurse clinics, your contribution will be valued and encouraged. We’re proud to use our RVNs to their full potential and give them a real voice in practice life. You’ll be based in our picturesque village setting, where Cherry Tree has become a trusted part of the local community. Our team is welcoming, experienced and always ready to support each other. While you’ll work closely with your colleagues at Cherry Tree, you’ll also feel part of a wider network of support across our other sites when needed.
Cherry Tree is everything you’d want from a village practice - friendly, familiar and community-focused - but with the added benefit of being part of a wider, supportive group. We pride ourselves on our compassionate approach to care and our commitment to maintaining high clinical standards.
You’ll be working alongside a small, dedicated team who care deeply about their patients and clients. With access to further support from our sister site at Hall Place and beyond, you’ll never feel like you’re working alone.
At Cherry Tree, you’ll enjoy variety in your role, the chance to build lasting client relationships and the support of a practice that genuinely values its team.
We recognise that our people are fundamental to the success of our business. Investing in our people, premises and processes is at the heart of what we do. In addition to a competitive base salary of up to £31,000 DOE, you will benefit from:
