Job Title:Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire
Type: Permanent
Salary:Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Our client are an independent small animal practice located in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, with a dedicated team of 2 Vets. They are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their positive and supportive team. Their well-equipped surgery includes in-house blood tests, digital x-rays, ultrasound, and dental facilities.

What the job entails:

  • Full-time position available, 4 days during the week between the hours of 08:00 am and 18:00 pm.
  • Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience.
  • Share of Saturday mornings (08:30 am to 13:00 pm).
  • No out-of-hours work required.
  • Duties will include general veterinary nursing care of in-patients, assisting vets, anaesthesia, laboratory work, radiography, and nurse consultations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with the RCVS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
  • Experience in anaesthesia, radiography, and laboratory work preferred.
