Responsibilities
  • NMC or HCPC registration is desirable.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Train, supervise, and manage all care and nursing staff.
  • Monitor service user care and coordinate reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and company policies.
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure medication is administered correctly.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.

About You
