Responsibilities
- Provide clinical nursing care to residents in a care home environment.
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, and role‑model professional behaviours.
- Advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
- Recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect, and act in accordance with safeguarding procedures.
- Seek appropriate advice, report concerns and, if necessary, elevate issues when action is not taken.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
- Valid NMC PIN number.
- Commitment to professional standards set by the NMC.
- Ability to understand and implement safeguarding training and additional associated training.
Location and Pay
Pay: £19.99 to £20.49 per hour. Locations: Dudley – Home/Department: Himley Mill.
