A Community Health NHS Trust in the UK is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join its Community Hospitals teams across various locations in Kent. Candidates will provide holistic care, lead wards in the absence of senior staff, and collaborate with multi-professional teams to ensure high standards of patient care. Are you a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference in patient care? We are looking for dedicated Nurses to join our Community Hospitals teams across Kent. You’ll oversee the holistic care provided to patients, provide leadership by maintaining clinical standards, and may take charge of the ward in the absence of senior staff. Our units predominantly provide rehabilitation and end-of-life support for palliative patients and their families.

We expect you to maintain high clinical standards, use evidence-based practices, and contribute to continuous improvement. You will be responsible and accountable for the holistic care of patients, carry out assessments, and work with the multi-professional team to ensure high-quality care. A full UK driving licence may be required where driving is necessary for the role.
