A leading care services provider in Brighton is looking for an experienced Registered Manager for their children's residential home. The successful candidate will ensure high care standards and compliance with regulations. We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our childrens residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people.
Management experience within young peoples residential services
RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
Excellent working knowledge of Childrens Homes National Minimum Standards & The Childrens Act 2010
Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
