Requirements
  • Management experience within young people s residential services

  • RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)

  • Excellent working knowledge of Children s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children s Act 2010

  • Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
