Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a reputable and well-established provider? We have an excellent permanent position based in Chatham, overseeing an existing children's home.

About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operation of the home. You will ensure high-quality care, safeguarding, and development outcomes for children with emotional and behavioural needs. You will work closely with the leadership team, staff, placing authorities, and external stakeholders to maintain outstanding standards of practice and compliance with regulatory requirements.
