The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People (or currently enrolled)
  • Experience managing a children’s residential home, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior/supervisory role within residential childcare
  • The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes
