Qualifications

• Must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care setting is beneficial.
• Able to work well in a team and adapt to residents’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines.
• Maintain and update residents' care plans with input from residents, relatives and health care professionals.
• Report ill health and coordinate GP visits when necessary.

An excellent new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Knutsford, Cheshire area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers

This is a fantastic nursing home provides a range of care services, including: nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite care, end of life care, and convalescence care

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Ability to show empathy, understanding and experience of the needs of the client group
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can:do attitude always
• A good team player

Benefits

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of GBP23.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP57,408 per annum.
