Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting a Registered Nurse to join an exceptional nursing home in Northwich, Cheshire. You will provide nursing and care services across dementia, residential, respite and end-of-life care as required.

To be considered you must hold a valid NMC PIN and be registered in the UK. The role offers days or night shifts with a competitive salary of £22.50 per hour (£56,160 per year) and a range of benefits including pension, training, enhanced bank holidays, and staff recognition

Qualifications

• Must be registered as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care setting is preferred and beneficial.
• Time management and leadership skills are well developed.
• A good team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medication and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed and maintained with residents, relatives, and other health professionals.
• Report ill health and request GP/professional visits when necessary.

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Northwich, Cheshire area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers

This nursing home provides nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite and short stay care, as well as end of life care

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills
