Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join an exceptional care home in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. You will work within a boutique luxury facility offering residential and nursing care.

You must hold an active NMC pin and be committed to high-quality care. The role is permanent full-time with a mix of shifts; salary £23.00 per hour, up to £57,408 per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC pin.
• Care setting experience preferred.
• Strong team player with good time management and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed with residents, families and professionals.
• Report ill-health and request GP visits when necessary.

An amazing new job opportunity has become available for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Walton-on-Thames, Surrey area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers

A boutique luxury home is a purpose-built, modern facility offering residential and nursing care. Also features a therapy and exercise room and a stunning, octagonal glass public cafe

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting

• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
