Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join an exceptional care home in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. You will provide high-quality nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, and liaise with families and GPs.

The ideal candidate holds an active NMC PIN, has care home experience, and can lead and work as part of a team. The role is permanent, full-time with shifts and a salary up to £57,408 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN is required.
• Experience in a care home setting is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and lead when required.
• Proven ability to manage time and priorities confidently.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and identify priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Maintain and review care plans with residents, families and health professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP/professional visits when necessary.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
