Salary : £47,651 per annum, plus access to the Children's Home Managers bonus scheme which offers an opportunity to earn an additional £10,000 per year.

Homes2Inspire, in partnership with Derby City Council, are seeking a dedicated and resilient Registered Manager to lead a new two bed home in Derby. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference in the life of vulnerable young people. We are looking for a manager who can confidently navigate high pressure situations and someone who is ready to throw themselves into the role, see the long-term goals for the children and young people, and lead a team with compassion and clarity.
This home will provide care and support for medium-risk children and young people with complex needs , offering safe, nurturing environments that transform outcomes.
