Pharmacyupdate is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our Watford branch, delivering high-quality home care with autonomy and strong local leadership. You will build a culture of person-centred care, quality, and operational excellence within a well-established team.

The role offers leadership responsibility, a clear path for growth, and ongoing support from a senior leadership team in a market-leading home care provider.

Formación

• Experience in a management role within the care sector.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Proactive mindset and passion for person-centred care.
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
