Job summary

Premier Healthcare in Southampton is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary branch. You will assume full autonomy with support from a senior leadership team, delivering outstanding, person-centred care and building a strong local reputation.

• Experience in a management role within domiciliary care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a well-established domiciliary branch delivering over 1500 care hours.
• Hold CQC registration and ensure compliance for the branch.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care professionals.
• Build strong relationships with customers, families, and local stakeholders.
• Drive growth in care hours and establish a strong local reputation.
• Take full responsibility for commercial performance, quality, and operational excellence.
