A residential care home in Elmbridge is seeking a Registered Manager to lead and manage care delivery. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a caring environment. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from £39,000 to £42,000 annually.
Our 30‑bed residential home in Walton‑on‑Thames provides high‑quality care and support for older adults, including those living with dementia. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, homely environment where residents are respected, valued and truly cared for.
As our Registered Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the home runs smoothly, safely and in line with CQC standards. Supported by the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of the home – from supporting staff and ensuring excellent care delivery, to maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who combines professional experience with genuine care and empathy.

Languages: English – Advanced
Employment: Full‑time
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8am‑4pm (may vary depending on the needs of the home)
Salary: £39,000 – £42,000 yearly
