£50,000 starting salary + bonus schemes up to £20,500 | 58 beds | Full-time

About the Home

Set in six acres of landscaped gardens, this well established care village provides residential, nursing and dementia care. The 58-bed service supports younger adults and a range of complex needs. Rooms are spacious (approximately 24 sq m) and modern, and the home has a long-standing role in the local community.

What We're Looking For

Hours & Package
  • 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 37.5 hours/week (flexible if needed)
  • Weekend on-call (rota with management)
  • Salary: £50,000 + bonus up to £20,500 per year
  • Support from lead nurse, admin assistant, and on-site HR, finance and sales teams
