As Regional Support Manager, you'll work closely with the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they meet performance targets and operate efficiently. Your responsibilities will include providing focused support to key homes, ensuring compliance and high standards of care, supporting Home Managers in achieving centres of excellence with CQC, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions, and interpreting performance data and quality indicators to inform strategic decisions.
