Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support occupancy targets across our homes. You will work with an experienced management team to drive sales and marketing activity, manage enquiries and convert interested leads into residents.

The role requires a proven sales and marketing background, CRM data analysis skills (Salesforce or similar), strong communication, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Network within the local community to raise the home’s profile and generate enquiries.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversions and increase occupancy.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a contacts database.
