Job summary

Allwyn UK is looking for a senior leader to head the Retail Growth Executives, driving budgeted sales and delivering the retail and marketing plan within budget. You will guide a high-performing team, shape regional strategies and ensure strong retailer relationships across the region.

• Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a sales team.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders.
• Strong ability to analyse data and translate insights into commercial actions.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Retail Growth Executives to achieve budgeted sales revenue and execute retail and marketing plans.
• Own projects within the Retail channel to drive continuous improvement and efficient ways of working.
• Feed retail insights back into Allwyn to shape plans and ensure they are fit for retail.
• Support delivery of Retail contact model plans and review against measures for effectiveness.
• Provide proactive leadership to assist the Divisional Controller with operational and strategic deliverables.
• Support cross-functional commercial projects on behalf of Retail channel.
• Communicate key strategies, targets and opportunities to teams.
