Job summary

Allwyn UK, part of the Allwyn Entertainment Group, is hiring a senior Retail Planning professional to partner with National Accounts and Retail Sales teams. You will support Go-To-Market execution, Ready-to-Plan and Ready-to-Sell materials, and lead two Retail Planning Executives while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on a broad transformation program for The National Lottery.

You will drive category storytelling, ABP readiness, and timely, data-informed decisions to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience working in or with a high performing National Account team.
• Experience working with 1 or more Top 4 UK Grocers (or equivalent).
• Delivery of high-profile retail initiatives to high standards, on time and in budget.
• Ability to solve problems and work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of creating clear, concise written communications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Channel Managers and National Accounts to shape channel strategies and KPIs.
• Lead retailer engagement and sell-in strategies for head offices and stores.
• Oversee end-to-end Consumer Plan delivery through National Accounts.
• Own quarterly consumer and campaign planning with insights and risks.
• Lead two Retail Planning Executives and coordinate cross-functional inputs.
