• Sales experience or customer service background required.
• Strong sales and commercial acumen.
• Confident in speaking with retailers with a consultative approach.
• Ability to travel across territory and wider regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of territory, retailers and competitors to drive sales.
• Deliver annual business plan messages and marketing updates to the retail network.
• Manage territory plans and conduct store visits within assigned area.
• Drive in-store standards and communicate key messages.
• Build strong relationships with retailers to ensure great in-store execution.
• Ensure retailers comply with player protection through the RTC.
• Support development through personal development plan and L&D programme.
