Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a sales team.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
- Experience managing retailer relationships at local, regional and national levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a highly skilled team to execute commercial plans with customers.
- Own projects within Retail channel and drive continuous improvement.
- Feed retail insights back into Allwyn for plan development.
- Support delivery and review of Retail plans against measures.
- Provide proactive leadership to support divisional goals.
- Collaborate on cross-functional commercial projects for Retail.
- Cascade strategy, targets and opportunities.
- Deliver KPIs and revenue targets through the Retail Sales Team.
- Enhance in-store execution and retailer advocacy.
- Ensure compliant with player protection and regulatory requirements.
