Job summary

Allwyn UK is hiring for the Retail Sales Team to support National Lottery retailers across an assigned territory. You will build strong retailer relationships, drive sales, and deliver marketing messages to increase Returns to Good Causes.

The role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel with a UK driving licence. Training and development are provided within a values-driven, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or customer service (field desirable but not essential).
• Ability to analyse data and provide insight to our customers.
• Experience of face to face consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory understanding and retailer network within assigned area.
• Deliver revenue and marketing plans; drive in-store standards and retailer advocacy.
• Own territory management plans and drive KPIs through store visits and training.
