Job summary

Allwyn UK, part of The National Lottery operator, seeks a Senior Retail Planning/Commercial role to partner with National Accounts and Retail Sales. You will drive Go-To-Market readiness, lead two Retail Planning Executives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver consumer plans and campaigns across top grocers.

Role focuses on shaping channel strategies, retailer engagement and delivering high-impact retail initiatives with strong data-driven insights and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Experience working in or with a high performing National Account team.
• Experience with Top 4 UK Grocers or equivalent.
• Delivery of retail initiatives to high standards, on time and in budget.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Channel Managers and National Accounts to shape strategies and KPIs.
• Lead retailer engagement and sell-in strategies for head offices and stores.
• Own the quarterly consumer and campaign planning process for National Accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for go-to-market readiness.
• Lead two Retail Planning Executives and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Develop ready-to-sell materials and support field teams with briefs.
• Drive retail incentives and ABP reporting across National Accounts.
