Job summary

Allwyn UK, part of the Allwyn Entertainment Group, delivers The National Lottery across the UK. The Retail Sales Team supports retailers, driving sales and in-store standards, within an assigned territory.

You'll build strong retailer relationships, deliver marketing plans and review KPIs, while travelling across your territory to ensure excellent in-store execution and advocacy for The National Lottery to maximise returns to Good Causes.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or customer service, field desirable but not essential.
• Strong sales and commercial acumen.
• Confident and articulate in speaking to retailers with a consultative approach.
• Experience of face-to-face consultative selling.
• Able to use IT packages and be flexible in all packages.
• Able to analyse data and provide insight to customers.
• Deliver effective training with people at all levels.
• Have a full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of territory, retailers, and competitors to drive sales and returns to Good Causes.
• Support Annual Business Plan by delivering key messages and marketing updates to the retail network.
• Support Retail Sales Team objectives and review against measures, cross territory/divisionally where required.
• Deliver Retail KPIs through territory management plans and store visits in assigned area.
• Proactively drive in-store standards and deliver key messages.
• Build and maintain relationships in your territory to drive in-store execution and retailer advocacy.
• Agree and gain commitment ensuring retailers comply with player protection through RTC.
• Drive your own development through your Personal Development plan and Learning & Development programme.
