About The Role

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Manager to oversee and enhance the security operations across various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of people, property, and assets while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Recruit, train, and manage security personnel to ensure they are equipped and motivated to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents, ensuring timely responses and thorough investigations.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure service excellence and address concerns promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and manage security budgets as required.
About You
  • Proven experience in a security management role
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions in challenging situations.

Relevant qualifications, such as SIA licence

Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)
