Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support our region and drive occupancy for our care homes. The role emphasizes professional sales engagement, community networking, and collaboration with a strong management team.

The successful candidate will analyse data in Salesforce, manage enquiries, and contribute to marketing activities to sustain first-class care services and resident satisfaction across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence (regional position).

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the regional team in a professional manner.
• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Network within the local community to raise awareness and generate enquiries.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and increase occupancy.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Maintain a contacts database and ensure accurate records.
