Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support a region and drive occupancy across first-class care homes. You will work with an exceptional management team to ensure excellence in patient care while leveraging CRM data to optimise sales activity and occupancy.

The role requires proven sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated, target driven and professional.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion and occupancy targets.
• Network within the local community to raise home profile and generate enquiries.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and increase occupancy.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Represent Barchester in a friendly and professional manner.
