Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home division. You will support this region to increase occupancy by engaging potential residents, answering enquiries, and guiding tours with a warm, professional manner.

The role requires strong sales and marketing experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar), and excellent communication. You will network with the local community and work with the management team to drive occupancy and service

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and drive occupancy.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home and tours for potential residents.
