Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy across a defined region. You will manage enquiries, engage with prospective residents, and support local marketing efforts to generate new leads.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence - this is a regional position.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
