Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to boost occupancy and drive sales for a group of care homes. You will actively manage enquiries, perform welcoming tours, and network within the community to generate new residents.

The role requires solid sales and marketing experience, CRM data analysis skills, and a proactive, target-driven approach with strong interpersonal abilities. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the state-of-the-art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries and actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
