Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support a region and drive occupancy across our care homes. The role combines sales, relationships with potential residents, and collaboration with local management to ensure first-class care.

You will manage enquiries, analyse CRM data, and contribute to local marketing initiatives while representing our homes in the community. A proven sales background and comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM systems are

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
